Council meetings

The 52 elected members of Dublin City Council meet in the Council Chambre of City Hall once a month, usually the first Monday.

These meetings offer Councillors the opportunity to discuss recent events (e.g. the ice and water situation in January 2010), debate motions put to the meeting and vote on decisions put to the Council by the various sub-committees. Councillors are also entitled to submit written questions to the City Manager for reply at that meeting.

The meetings are webcast live from 6.45pm and can be viewed by going here.
